The practice
A small, senior team.
AI Consulting is the strategy and delivery practice of AITG Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian operating company behind Ai Teragrid. We are deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately focused on the few industries where we believe our work makes a measurable difference.
Behind us sit two products built in-house — Teragrid Ai Platform, which provides the engineering substrate for our delivery work, and Teragrid Agent, which powers the production AI agents inside many of our engagements. The same engineering team that builds those products co-delivers with our consultants. We rarely subcontract.
What that means in practice: when we put a plan in front of a board, it is a plan we ourselves intend to build.
